## Cancellation Policy
At BongHosting, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers, but we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your service.
Customers may cancel their account at any time by logging into their BongHosting Control Panel and selecting the ‘Cancel Account’ option or by contacting our Customer Support team.
Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
## Refund Policy
BongHosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting account registrations, subject to the following terms and conditions:
– Non-refundable Fees: Setup fees, domain registration fees, and migration fees are not refundable. Refunds will not include any fees for these services provided during the 30-day period.
– Violations of Terms of Service: If an account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
– No Refunds after 30 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 30-day money-back period.
Refunds will be issued only to the payment method that the original payment was sent from, and may take up to two weeks to process.
